In 2022, I founded Ready, Vet, Go, a remote veterinary mentorship community that supports new and early-career veterinarians, and decreases turnover by boosting confidence and bonding new vets to their practice. I love spreading the joy of vet med by speaking about the things that have contributed to my joy in this profession – mentorship and communication!
