Overall, I took a lot away from RVG and appreciate all the time and effort you put into helping especially new grads into assimilating into the vet world.

I really appreciated the email follow-ups as it helped summarize the meetings and what we talked about working on for the following month. I also appreciated that the videos and modules were succinct and not too intense, so they didn’t feel like a big extra load on top of work, etc. Overall, I took a lot away from RVG and appreciate all the time and effort you put into helping especially new grads into assimilating into the vet world.

This group is so important! I’m excited to see it grow and impact so many new grads. Many of us can be introverted and having this helps a lot with our confidence. I really feel I’m a much better vet for it. Thank you!

I am a 2021 grad who started in a large corporate hospital, then made a transition to a smaller chain of hospitals. I did not experience true mentorship before Dr. Dani. Not only is she one of the kindest and most sincere people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting – She helped me dive deep and decipher how I could transition ENDLESSLY long, academic style patient notes into more clear, concise, easily readable and quality patient notes; those in return helped other doctors be able to quickly understand and identify patients needs and previous assessments. Dr. Dani gave me tips and tricks to better my time management and even more effectively communicate with clients and other DVMs, In order to make my day progress more smoothly. I am very thankful for all of the advice and guidance that helped make me an infinitely better overall clinician for my patients and their owners.
